We keep the minimum needed to draft and deliver an estimate: the job description, any photo the contractor adds, the customer's name and phone number (and email if given), the estimate itself, and the contractor's own prices. Voice calls to our phone line are transcribed to build the estimate; the audio is not stored.
Phone numbers are used to send the texts described in our Terms and for nothing else. We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or any personal data with third parties for their marketing. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Processors. Estimates are drafted with an AI model provider; texts are delivered by an SMS provider; the site is served through Cloudflare. Each receives only what is needed to do that job.
Your choices. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Email hello@beatthebid.com to have your data deleted; we will confirm within a few days.
